The Hanna Project, along with the help of ten Welch college students, joined forces with Legacy Mission Village to share hope with refugees who have recently arrived in Nashville. Aimee Abizera describes the goal as, “We believe all of us, especially refugees, have a better chance of succeeding when part of a community.” THP is happy to partner with this ministry to help refuges, immigrants, and others find true Hope through local faith communities. Students enjoyed playing basketball, soccer, and volleyball with the children and young adults. Learning new names and helping with the meal rounded out the day.
